Effective September 1, 2026 (preview edition)
This page states what is actually offered today and the limits that apply, effective from the date above. Before the product opens generally (including paid subscriptions), a fuller commercial edition will be published on this page with a new effective date.

What is offered today
This website is informational. The Ligren product is in an alpha development preview: the desktop application is a preview build, and the hosted team control plane is under development. A private alpha is planned to begin on September 14, 2026, by invitation.
Preview limitations
During the preview, the software and services are provided as-is, for evaluation: there is no service-level commitment, features may change, be suspended or removed, and data may be reset between versions. Do not treat it as a production environment, and do not let it hold the only copy of anything important.
No payment is collected today
The pricing page publishes the settled plans and prices for transparency; purchase is not open. We charge nothing during the preview and will not ask you for a payment method. Before paid subscriptions open, the full billing terms (billing cycle, seat counting, renewal and adjustment, overdue handling, taxes) and the refund policy will be published on this page first.
Cancellation
Once paid subscriptions open: you can cancel your own subscription at any time, without contacting us and without giving a reason. Cancelling does not cut you off — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it stops renewing at that point.
Licences
The Ligren core project is being released as open source under the GNU AGPL. Everything else — the hosted platform, the web and admin surfaces, and this website — is proprietary software of Ligren, Inc., all rights reserved.
Updates to these terms
New editions are published on this page with their effective date, and material changes will be flagged. When the product opens generally, this preview edition will be replaced by the full commercial terms.
