Service provider: Ligren, Inc. (address, registration number and support channel pending)
This service is provided by Ligren, Inc. The registered address, the company registration number, and a channel customers can reach us on are not published yet; the final terms must state all three.
Pending: subscription and billing terms
The final terms must state the billing cycle, how seats are counted, renewal and adjustment, handling of overdue payment, and tax responsibility. The pricing page already publishes the currency (USD), cycle (monthly) and model (per seat), but the full clause text is unwritten.
Cancellation (settled) and refunds (pending)
Cancellation: you can cancel your own subscription at any time, without contacting us and without giving a reason. Cancelling does not cut you off — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it stops renewing at that point. Refunds: the refund policy is not settled and must be completed before paid subscriptions open.
Pending: acceptable use policy
The final terms must state permitted and prohibited use and the process for handling violations.
